My favorite quilt . Made for my niece Lori

This quilt was made for my niece Lori who died in a house fire in AZ.

Today I will quilt on a friends quilt. It is big and I am not making a lot of progress. I do love working on old quilts as well as making new ones. Enjoy the day .

We really needed the rain. Have had red flag days.

Today I say "learn to dance in the rain" We did when we were kids !

A beautiful May day

Got myself a bouquet before the flowers fade away.

We had a lovely day and now it should rain the rest of the week. Oh well, I will QUILT

The birds are singing the sun is shinning and the RED SOX won. It is going to be a great day.

I could hug our governor John E. Baldacci. Today he signed Same sex marriage into law in Maine.

Maine will not discriminate.

I was married 56 years to the love of my life. Now all people should be able to have civil marriage.
