A day of JOY and some sadness as we say good bye to Pastor Grace

I made cookies and went to the party for our Pastor Grace. We will miss her. We really do love her. Wishing her well on her new project.

Tonight I will quilt and watch the RED SOX. Tomorrow after church I will go to the cemetery.

My sister stopped in for a visit this afternoon.

What a beautiful blossom. My nephew sent this to me at christmas time. It bloomed once and now has more buds.....so more blooms are coming.

A week ahead of sunshine and temps mid 70's Love this time of year in Maine.

My apple tree will soon be gone by. Love those blossoms. We have been about 2 weeks ahead of our normal schedule. There are lilac bushes in bloom. Mine is on the north side of the house but is almost ready to burst out with flowers.

My cousin stopped in for a visit today so nice to see him.

A really beautiful day here in Maine I have windows open and the ceiling fan on So very nice. Will quilt tonight.......! Must get back outside.
