I quilted this with all my left over half squares.....!

Yesterday I had my first date since my husband died. I met a fellow who was my boyfriend in HIGH SCHOOL....We had lunch and a wonderful day. Today it was a foggy morning now some sunshine...wind and some rain later today..So I will enjoy the sunshine while we have it...

We had a wonderful gathering in Topsham for a birthday party. My brother was 80 ....this is a picture of my son with me at the party.

I made this baby quilt and liked it so much I made one for our twin bed ...now to make a new quilt for my bed...

Thinking of where I will be and suddenly missing him...I will be ok. Just the thought of him missing from the gathering caused the tears..!

August 4th a wedding in Harpswell....Ate great food..danced and had champagne...An adorable couple were married and now back in England.
This week is birthday time for my family. Niece Fran 25 brother Bobby 76 and brother Rodney 80.
Today is Kathleen's birthday....So many good wishes to all......
