Hi Alice, See you left a comment in regards to my garlic...it is one of th eastiest things to grow and once you eat your own homegrown garlic the store bought is a poor substitute. The quilt you are working on is absolutely gorgeous...you are very very talented...it must take a lot of patience to do that king of handiwork...it is a true art...
I am going to be in Maine the end of July...my father and step mother always go to Boothbay in the summer and this year Claire was ill and my Dad's eyes are not what they used to be...so my sister and I are driving them up...we will then go back to Freeport and stay at the Harraseeket Inn. My husband will stay at home and tend the garden (I hope!)...he will water but weeding and everything else is my work (and I love it!).
